CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hair By Castro, I want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and professional experience. To respect your time and mine, I ask that all clients acknowledge the following: ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled/ rescheduled with less than the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. • I understand that emergencies happen and will review those situations with understanding on a case-by-case basis. ✨ No-Shows • Clients who do not show up for an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total before booking future appointments. ✨ Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule to avoid overlapping with the next client. ✨ Payment of Fees • Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before your next appointment can be booked.
